Organic Nicaragua Jinotega (Northwest region) estate of La Isabelia. If you aren't familiar with Nicaraguan coffee, it offers a clean cup, softer acidity with bold chocolate notes. Dark Roasted


Process: Fully washed, sun dried on patio

Varietals: Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai & Typica

This coffee was cultivated near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala's highlands. This lot came from Cerro Lancandon Chochajau. Cupping offers sweetness, nice acidity and flavours of dark chocolate, almond, raisin, peach. A real winner! Medium Roast


Process: Wet hulled & hand sorted

Varietals: Catimor, Java, Typica

Not all Sumatras are created equal, this lot proves that point with great quality and a long standing FT certification which is harder to come by for Indonesian producers. Gayo Region of Western Aceh Cupping with a big body, chocolate, clean Earthy, tabacco & spices of ginger. Roasted Dark


Process: Washed & sun dried on raised beds & hand sorted

Region: Mafinga Hills

These Zambia Estates border Malawi to the East and Tanzania to the North. Not every year is a home run from these region but this year's lot is cupping out great. Medium citrus acidity, bigger body, complex flavours of apricot & green apple and dark chocolate. Medium/ Dark Roast


Process: Washed, sun dried on patio & hand sorted

Varietals: Castilla, Caturra, Colombia

This is an Excelso EP grade Fair Trade Organic certified coffee from the ASEMPROGROPE association of small producers in the mountains of Planadas, a small municipality of the Tolima region in Colombia.

This lot cups at 86 points and showcases toffee, bright citric notes, juicy body. Roasted Dark.

You'll find in the cup, winey acidity, dark chocolate notes with a citrus finish. Roasted Dark.


Fully Washed

Varietals: 100% Bourbon

The coffee comes from the famed BUF CAFE washing station in the Karaba village. This coffee is the result of a tragic story that turns into one of hope and triumph. The story of Epiphanie Mukashyaka who picked up the pieces of her life after the Rwanda genocide and learnt how to improve coffee quality through better cherry selection, processing, and sorting, building the reputation of BUF CAFE. Epiphanie brought electricity, water and jobs to Nyrusiza providing the community with sustainable livelihoods.

In the cup: complex flavours of peach, melon, caramel & chocolate with great sweetness. One of the best coffee surprises of the year. Medium Roast

Ethiopia - Organic


Process: Natural - Dried on raised beds and hand sorted

Region: Guigi Shakiso - Kayon Mountian Estate

Varietal: Different Heirloom Types  

The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm was established in 2012 with the aim of producing top quality coffee in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. The farm is situated in the southern part of Ethiopia in the Oromia region, Guji Zone which is about 320 miles from the capital city, Addis Ababa. The farm is privately owned by Ato Esmael and his family.

Natural: It's big berry cup with wild blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, chocolate & bergamot, delightfully clean cup with a jammy body. Roasted to a light medium


Costa Rica

Process: Washed / Patio and Mechanical dried

Varietals: Caturra/Catuai

A classic Costa Rican Tarrazu, milled at the San Diego Beneficio. This coffee is known for it's super clean cup, due to the strict picking policy for the area of only picking ripe cherries. This coffee is patio dried initially then

finished in mechanical dryers for perfect moisture content.

Bright lively acidity, juicy body, nice sweetness, well balanced, papaya and pear. Roasted as a light coffee and as a medium coffee
